All our suites include a large bathroom with a walk in sit down shower, raised toilets and grab bars for your safety. Each suite has a full kitchen with a 4 burner stove, oven, full sized refrigerator and lots of cupboard space. The bedroom/s are large and offer generous closet space. The living room and dining area make private entertaining pleasurable. Enjoy a private balcony or your very own walk-out patio on to our large garden.

Parking is available if you would like to have your own car available to you as well.

Our small size allows us to cater to your personal preferences and get to know who you are, what you like and how we can enhance your experience at the Victorian. We form strong, close, family like connections.

Rose Garden Cottage 1200 sq feet ($2,995)

Cottage Basement Suite 600 sq feet ($1,895)

The Property

Located in beautiful Vernon, British Columbia, the Victorian is surrounded by beautiful gardens and greenery. Our residents are welcome to help plant and tend the flower and vegetable beds, or to just sit back and watch them grow.

Entertaining family and friends is always an option, guests are always welcome to join you for a meal, happy hour, or other daily activities.
